I had a mixed experience at the Borgata. The hotel has a luxurious feel and plenty of entertainment options, but I was let down by service and some amenities that didn't live up to expectations. While the rooms are clean and offer beautiful views, dining could use improvement, especially with the coffee situation. Overall, it has potential, but there are areas needing substantial improvement.

Service was lacking; I found the staff to be a bit impersonal, and it took a long time for someone to attend to us in restaurants. This was disappointing considering the hotel's reputation.

I had a pretty decent stay at Borgata, which is definitely a nice property in Atlantic City. The rooms were clean and fairly spacious, offering good comfort for a one-night visit. However, the cigarette smoke smell and interactions with security were off-putting. The dining experience at Bobby Flay Steak didn't live up to its reputation, which was disappointing given the hype. Overall, it was good enough for a little getaway, but I might consider other options next time.
